Career Summary
Marlynn, who has been a valued member of NCS since 2017! Her 7th work anniversary is coming up this October 2024.
Starting as a receptionist, Marlynn quickly earned her place on the accounting team. For the past five years, she’s been growing with the team, and this year, she proudly became a Property Accountant (WOOOHOOO!).
Marlynn loves serving our clients and colleagues, reconciling accounts, and solving errors. She finds satisfaction in accounting, likening it to finding missing puzzle pieces. Her skills in accounting have even enriched her personal life, helping her with budgeting and scrutinizing transactions. Most of all, Marlynn cherishes working alongside her mentors, Sandra and Mike.
Marlynn loves Northern Nevada and experiencing all four seasons, from beautiful sunsets to colorful trees and winter wonderlands. She enjoys running and is proud of her team’s 26th place finish out of 222 teams in the Reno Tahoe Odyssey this year. When she’s not running, Marlynn spends time with her two fur babies, Theo and Francis, and has recently taken up bird watching.

Marlynn served as receptionist handling inbound phone calls, inbound and outbound mail services, tenant relations, and office orders.
2016-2017
Sala Family Dentistry – Head Concierge
Marlynn served as Head Concierge with duties including checking patients in, following up with their continuing care, verifying insurance, keeping the schedule full, confirming appointments, checking patients out, scheduling treatment, and keeping an overall even flow of the practice.
