Jennifer was responsible for teaching groups of various sizes including special education students. She taught subjects including reading, writing, and interventions. She also coordinated, assigned, and administered state tests including ACCESS, PARCC, SRI, and Acuity.

Jennifer was responsible for scheduling medical and spa procedures, daily reception duties, and minor bookkeeping duties.

Citadel Security and Investigations – Chief Administrative Officer
Jennifer was responsible for AP and AR using Quickbooks, bank deposits, and payroll. She acted as the sole office manager providing support for guard gates in the Oil and Gas industry and security services for special events which included the Winter X-Games in Aspen, CO. Jennifer managed and scheduled anywhere from 30-100 employees at a time in this position.

Nordstrom Bank – Credit Collections Supervisor
Jennifer was responsible fora collections group of 25 people, making outbound and inbound telephone contact with customers in a collections environment. She consistently collected over $1.5 million per year in this position.
Jennifer’s professional journey is marked by her ongoing commitment to growth and leadership within the real estate community. Currently, she is the president-elect for CREW Northern Nevada, an organization dedicated to advancing the achievements of women in commercial real estate. Her leadership journey also includes two terms as president for the local chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), where she continues to serve as Treasurer. With a CPM certification to her name and aspirations to pursue her broker-salesperson license in the upcoming year, Jennifer’s ambition and dedication to her professional development are evident.
