Jason joined NCS in 2019, serving as a Property Manager with a portfolio focused on Office and Mixed-Use Retail. Prior to coming to Nevada Commercial Services, Inc., he spent 14 years focused on commercial asset management and development in mixed-use resorts. Beyond acting as the landlord, Jason has managed the design and layout for F&B, Spa and Retail assets. He was also actively involved in numerous stages of mixed-use and resort development, including strategic planning, envisioning, project research and analysis, and operations. He led the entitlement process for numerous projects, as well as managed the creation of homeowner and village associations, budgets, and condo maps, while providing marketing guidance on planning, market identification and legal requirements regarding the sales process. Prior to his focus on Real Estate, he worked as a consultant where he created business plans, including financial projections, market analyses, and business strategy for purposes of business expansion and new venture funding.
