Career Summary

Brooke currently serves as a Property Manager for Nevada Commercial Services, Inc., managing commercial properties to include office buildings, six (6) commercial associations and flex space.  Brooke joined our team in 2017 as an Administrative Assistant, then moved up to an Assistant Property Manager, and obtained her Real Estate License allowing her to move to a Property Manager in 2019.

2015-2017        Associa Sierra North – Administrative Assistant
Brooke was responsible for assisting two Community Association Managers who each managed 10 communities in their portfolios. Brooke provided daily communication with managers and customers regarding account inquiries, conducted monthly compliance drives, monthly violation letters, welcome packets and assisted in Board meetings as needed.

2011-2015   Renown Health – Administrative Assistant
Brooke worked in the Administration office at Renown Regional Medical Center and was responsible for supporting the Executive VP of the Cancer and Heart Institute and also worked closely with the CEO, COO, and CFO with daily tasks, managed multiple calendars, travel, responsible for weekly/monthly meeting minutes, coordination of events, and provided excellent customer service to medical staff and patients.

2010-2011   Financial Solutions/The Bookkeeper and Service Center – Bookkeeper
Brooke was responsible for maintaining monthly bookkeeping for bank and credit card accounts, monthly reconciling, invoicing, payroll, quarterly reporting, and client office visits for 30 clients.

2004-2007   Tanamera Commercial Development – Customer Service Manager
Brooke was responsible for managing six warranty field technicians, providing excellent customer service for 4 subdivisions in warranty, expedited service requests for homeowners and commercial building owners, scheduled appointments for warranty technicians and subcontractors, created and maintained warranty binders for walkthroughs, and communicated daily with management.

1999-2004   M.C. Neuffer Company – Administrative Assistant
Brooke was responsible for assisting in the daily operations for this High End Custom Home and Commercial Property Builder.  Brooke provided daily reception duties, along with assisting with AP and AR, contracts, submitting RFP’s, maintained job books to ensure all documentation was current from construction start to finish.

Brooke currently holds a Nevada Real Estate License with a Property Management Permit.
Brooke is currently working toward obtaining her ACoM.
